Terms + Conditions Effective Date: April 8, 2025 These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Queen Essentials website (www.queenessentials.us), mobile applications, and any purchases made through our platform (collectively, the “Site”). We do not accept returns for used products, sale items, or personal care items that have been opened unless defective. 6.3 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or sent in error. 6.4 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. 7. Product Warranty 7.1 Queen Essentials warrants that our Products are free from material and workmanship defects for 90 days from the date of purchase. 7.2 This warranty does not cover misuse, negligence, accidents, or failure to follow product instructions. 7.3 If a Product is defective, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
