This Mobile Terms of Service ("Mobile Terms") governs your use of the SMS/text messaging service (“Service”) provided by Queen Essentials (“Queen Essentials,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these Mobile Terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Service or any of its features at any time without notice. Where legally required, we will provide notice of material changes. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
Program Description
By enrolling in the Service, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from Queen Essentials at the mobile number you provided. Messages may be sent via an automatic telephone dialing system, other automated technology, or manually. These messages may include, but are not limited to, order confirmations, shipping updates, account alerts, marketing promotions, product launches, sales, and cart reminders. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Your participation in this program is entirely voluntary.
Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency will vary depending on your interaction with Queen Essentials. You may receive multiple messages per week. Queen Essentials does not charge for this Service. However, message and data rates may apply from your wireless provider. You are solely responsible for all charges associated with SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider. Please consult your mobile service provider for pricing plans.
Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of the Service at any time by texting STOP to +1 (833) 875-0230 or clicking the unsubscribe link (where available) in any marketing text message. After opting out, you will receive one final message confirming your withdrawal from the Service. You will not receive any further promotional messages unless you opt back in. If you are enrolled in other Queen Essentials mobile programs, you must opt out of each program individually.

The Service is supported by most major U.S. carriers; however, wireless carriers are not liable for delayed, undelivered, or misdirected messages. Carrier participation may vary. Queen Essentials is not responsible for any technical limitations or errors associated with your mobile service provider.
User Responsibilities
You represent and warrant that you are the account holder or have the account holder’s permission to enroll in this Service, you are 18 years of age or older or have received parental consent, and the mobile number provided is accurate and active. If your mobile number changes, you are responsible for notifying Queen Essentials and updating your subscription accordingly.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Queen Essentials shall not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any SMS/text messages, errors in the content of such messages, or any actions taken or not taken by you in reliance on messages received through the Service.
Privacy
We respect your privacy. Personal data collected through the Service will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will never sell or share your mobile number with third parties for their marketing purposes without your express consent.
Changes to Terms and Service
We reserve the right to update these Mobile Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance. We may change the phone number or shortcode used to operate the Service and will notify you accordingly. Messages sent to deactivated numbers may not be received.
