Shipping Policy

At Queen Essentials, we are committed to delivering a premium experience from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your doorstep. This policy outlines everything you need to know about our shipping procedures, timelines, costs, delivery responsibilities, and more. Please review it thoroughly before placing your order.

Order Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully authorized.

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST, on weekends, or on U.S. federal holidays will begin processing the following business day.

  • During peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, product launches, or promotional periods), processing may take up to 3–5 business days.

  • Queen Essentials reserves the right to delay processing due to stock issues, system errors, order verification, or suspected fraud. In such cases, you will be notified via email.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options within the United States:

  • Standard Shipping (USPS, UPS, or FedEx): Estimated 3–5 business days after processing

  • Express Shipping (Available at checkout): Estimated 1–2 business days after processing (additional fee applies)

Note: Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier. Queen Essentials is not liable for delays once the package has been transferred to the shipping provider.

Domestic Shipping Coverage

We ship to:

  • All 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii

  • U.S. Territories such as Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands

  • APO/FPO/DPO military addresses (via USPS)

Note: Some shipping options may not be available for certain destinations. Transit times to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories may be longer.

Tracking & Order Confirmation

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipping.

  • If you do not receive a shipping confirmation within 3 business days of your order, contact us at info@queenessentials.us with your order number.

Multiple Shipments / Split Orders

To expedite delivery, your order may be fulfilled from multiple warehouses or split into multiple shipments depending on product availability. You will receive a tracking number for each individual shipment.

Shipping Carriers

We currently use USPS, UPS, and FedEx for standard and expedited deliveries. Carrier selection may vary based on order weight, delivery address, or service availability.

Delivery Issues: Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

Damaged Items

  • Inspect all orders upon arrival.

  • If your package or product arrives damaged, take clear photos of the packaging and item(s) and contact us at info@queenessentials.us within 7 days of delivery.

Lost in Transit

  • If tracking shows “in transit” and the package is not moving for over 7 business days, please contact the carrier first.

  • After confirming with the carrier, email us for resolution within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

Marked as Delivered But Not Received

  • First, check with household members or neighbors and review security footage or community mailboxes.

  • Contact the carrier to inquire about GPS scan location and delivery details.

  • If unresolved, notify us within 7 days and we will assist with filing a claim.

Queen Essentials is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier.Refunds or replacements for these cases are provided at our discretion.

Signature Requirements

In some cases, we may require a signature upon delivery for high-value or custom orders to ensure secure receipt. If you're unavailable, the carrier may leave a notice for redelivery or pickup.

PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO, and Non-Residential Addresses

  • We ship to P.O. Boxes and military addresses via USPS only.

  • Express and overnight services are not available for P.O. Box or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

  • Queen Essentials is not responsible for delays or restrictions associated with military or non-residential mail facilities.

Shipping Charges & Taxes

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order total, shipping location, and selected method.

  • Taxes will be applied where required by law and are based on the delivery address.

Packaging & Sustainability

Queen Essentials may consolidate orders and use eco-conscious or recycled packaging materials whenever possible to reduce waste. Packing slips are included unless you opt out at checkout (e.g., for gifts).

Returns Due to Shipping Issues

  • If a package is returned due to an undeliverable address, unclaimed status, or customer refusal, you may be responsible for the original shipping cost and a reshipping fee.

  • Please refer to our Return Policy for detailed instructions on returning eligible items.

Order Cancellations & Modifications

  • Orders can only be canceled or modified before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has entered the fulfillment stage, it cannot be changed or canceled.

  • To request a cancellation, email info@queenessentials.us as soon as possible with your order number. We cannot guarantee order changes once submitted.

Holidays & Delays

Shipping times may be extended during U.S. holidays or promotional sales due to increased order volume. We appreciate your patience during these periods.
