Return Eligibility

To ensure a smooth return process, please review the following eligibility criteria:

  • Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  • Product Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.

  • Final Sale Items: Products marked as “Final Sale” or purchased at a discounted price are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process, please follow these steps:

    Email our Customer Care team at info@queenessentials.us with the following details:

    • Your full name

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • Photos (if applicable, especially for damaged or defective items)

  2. Receive Authorization
    Once your request is reviewed, we will issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with detailed return instructions.

  3. Prepare Your Return
    Securely package the item(s) in the original shipping box (if available) along with the return form included in your original order. Returns without a RAN may not be accepted.

  4. Ship the Item
    Ship your return using a trackable service. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

Refund & Exchange Options

Once your return is received and inspected, you may choose from the following options:

  • Full Refund
    Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after processing.

  • Exchange
    You may exchange the returned product for another Queen Essentials product of equal value (subject to availability).

Damaged or Defective Items

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by a damaged or defective product. If your order arrives in poor condition:

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing info@queenessentials.us with your order number and supporting photos.

  • We will promptly send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund if a replacement is unavailable.
